Chocolate Chip Cookies with Butter Olive Oil


2/3 cup Olive’s Oil Butter Olive Oil
3/4 cup granulated sugar
3/4 cup packed brown sugar
2 large eggs
2 tsp pure vanilla extract  ¨ 1 tsp butter extract
1 tblsp milk
2-1/2 cups flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 cup chopped pecans (optional)

Preheat oven to 375°.  Lightly coat large cookie sheet with a little of the butter olive oil or cover with parchment paper. In mixing bowl, combine until smooth & creamy oil, sugar & brown sugar. Beat in eggs, vanilla/butter extracts & milk. Add flour, baking soda & salt. Fold in chocolate chips & nuts.  Drop by tablespoons onto prepared baking sheet.  Bake 9-11 minutes.  Cool on wire racks.
