Notes: Can be used both as a vinegar and condiment on dessert dishes such as fruit medleys and ice cream. Combine 50/50 with our Basil Extra Virgin Olive Oil to make our "Strawberry Fields" dressing, which sells out consistently during the springtime. This combo makes a great marinade for Chicken, Duck, and Salmon; also try it on a simple salad of Spring Greens with some toasted pecans and a little tangy goat cheese or salty Gorgonzola for a first course.
